Do you work for a start-up, an association, an small company, a museum or even a large business? Would you like to promote sustainable and active mobility as part of business transportation and benefit from the efficiency of our Carvelos?

With the company account, you can easily use our fleet of electric cargo bikes – available throughout Switzerland. The company account allows you to manage your employees’ journeys. They can book a Carvelo themselves. Payment and administration are handled via the company account.

As soon as the company account has been confirmed by carvelo, you will receive a confirmation email.
You can now invite employees to join the company account.
Your employees can now book a Carvelo independently on the app and use it for business purposes.

Procedure in detail

If you already have a carvelo account and would like to convert it into a company account, please contact us.

1. Register your company or organization

Create a company account and follow instructions.
Enter your exact data.
Payment will be processed directly via the chosen payment method
Note: For private use, please create a separate account (as a private individual), thank you!

2. Log in and invite employees

As soon as your application has been approved, you will receive an e-mail with a link. Log in with your access data. Check your details under “My account” and change them if required.
Now you can add colleagues to your account. Please add them individually and then click on “Invite”.
The invited persons will receive an e-mail and will be asked to register and create their own account with which they can book a Carvelo.
The employee account will then be linked to the company account.

Subscriptions for companies or organizations

A subscription is worthwhile for regular use. All registered persons receive a 50% discount on every booking (booking fee and hourly rate). The price depends on the number of people. The subscription is valid for one year. An upgrade to the next higher subscription is possible at any time. The subscription costs already paid are taken into account pro rata temporis.

Insurance

We offer insurance that reduces the excess to zero in the event of damage or theft. Without insurance, the excess is CHF 1,500. The insurance costs CHF 1 for the first rental hour and 10 centimes for each additional rental hour. If you activate the insurance, it will be applied to every booking. You can deactivate it at any time before making a booking. Our GTCs apply to the insurance services.
